Technical Specifications for Oil Bottle Moulds
Oil bottles require higher wall thickness than water bottles (typically 0.35–0.5mm wall vs 0.25mm for water). Our mould design team accounts for this during cavity design, ensuring proper preform selection and stretch blow ratios. We also design custom spout/cap configurations for tamper-evident closures.
