Indian Machine Compatibility

Steel Grade and Mould Life
All mineral water bottle moulds from Ultra Mould are manufactured from P20 pre-hardened steel or high-grade aluminium alloy depending on your production volume requirements. P20 steel moulds offer production life of 8–15 million shots. Aluminium moulds are suitable for 2–5 million shots and offer faster heat dissipation for shorter cycle times on high-speed lines.
