Mirror-Polish Cavity — Our Specialty
Standard industrial moulds have a cavity finish of Ra 0.8–1.6 µm. For cosmetic bottles, Ultra Mould polishes cavities to Ra 0.05–0.1 µm (mirror polish), ensuring that every bottle coming off the blow moulding machine has a crystal-clear, premium appearance with no marks or scratches.

Custom Shapes for Brand Identity
We work with your brand's packaging designers to convert 3D CAD files (STEP, IGES, STL) into precision moulds. If you only have a rough concept, our in-house design team can develop the bottle shape digitally first, share renders for approval, and then proceed with machining.
