The Beginning

From a single CNC machine to a global blow mould brand.

Pratham Engineering was founded in Ahmedabad in 2009 with a single 3-axis CNC machine and a handshake promise to a local water-bottle plant: deliver a mould that runs flawlessly, or take it back.

That mould ran for nine years without re-polish. The customer ordered three more. Word travelled. Today Ultra Mould is the precision blow-mould brand of Pratham Engineering — exporting to 20+ countries from a 18,000 sq.ft. tool room in Vatva GIDC.

We still believe a mould should outlive your machine.

What We Build

The full spectrum of blow mould engineering.

PET bottle moulds, HDPE jerry cans, jars, fridge bottles, pharma containers — from 60ml pharma vials to 50L industrial drums.

Design & CAD

SolidWorks & UG NX. Mould-flow simulation. DFM optimisation. We accept STEP, IGES, STL files.

5-Axis VMC Machining

Mitsubishi & HAAS verticals. Tolerance hold ±0.005 mm. Master block to ejector pin — one roof.

EDM Spark Erosion

Sodick & Mitsubishi wire-cut + sinker EDM. Cavity textures, vents, water-circuit precision.

Mirror Polishing

In-house artisans deliver Ra 0.2 finish. Diamond paste + felt buff for transparent bottle-grade cavity.

Trial & QC

Calibrated PET bottle trial on-site. CMM dimensional inspection report shipped with every mould.

Lifetime Support
