Ultra Mould manufactures HDPE extrusion blow moulds for jerry cans, drums, lube and agro-chemical containers, milk pouches-to-bottles, and detergent packs from 100ml to 50L. Pinch-off lands, venting and parison programming are engineered together so welds are strong, flash is minimal and de-flashing time on your line drops.

Our HDPE tooling is built for Indian extrusion machines — Jagmohan, Sadhi/SMP, Ranasons, Blow Enterprises and similar single- and double-station units. Aluminium and steel cavity options are available depending on volume; tell us the machine model and container and you'll have a quote in 12 hours.

HDPE is unforgiving on pinch-off and cooling. We cut conformal-style cooling channels close to the cavity wall to pull cycle time down, and harden the pinch-off edges so they survive millions of cycles without weld failure. Handle-ware jerry cans, stackable drums and view-stripe containers are all part of our regular work.

Yes — moulded-in handle jerry cans from 1L to 35L are a core product, with pinch-off and handle-weld engineered for high-cycle production.

Which HDPE machines are your moulds compatible with?

Indian extrusion blow machines including Jagmohan, Sadhi/SMP, Ranasons and Blow Enterprises single- and double-station units. We match the platen, neck and deck height to your machine.

Aluminium or steel cavities for HDPE?

Both. Aluminium suits faster heat transfer and lighter tools for mid volumes; hardened steel pinch-offs are used where cycle counts are very high. We advise based on your annual volume.
