Technical Requirements for Dairy Moulds
Dairy packaging has specific food-safety requirements. All our moulds are manufactured from food-contact safe materials. The HDPE resin must comply with IS:7328 (India) or FDA 21 CFR 177.1520. Our mould surfaces are polished and deburred to ensure no contamination risk.
For hot-fill dairy applications (pasteurised milk, flavoured milk), we design heat-resistant profiles with thicker wall recommendations and vacuum panel designs to prevent bottle deformation after hot filling and cooling.
