1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting ultramould.com, submitting a quote inquiry, or placing an order with Ultra Mould (a brand of Pratham Engineering), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Products and Services

Ultra Mould manufactures precision PET and HDPE blow moulds for plastic bottle production. All moulds are custom-manufactured to buyer specifications. Key terms:

• Custom manufacturing: All moulds are made to order. We do not manufacture generic off-the-shelf moulds.
• Machine compatibility: We manufacture moulds for Indian-made blow moulding machines only (DTPPL, Bana Envirotech, Gajanand, Jagmohan, Sadhi/SMP, and others). Compatibility must be confirmed before order placement.
• Samples and prototypes: Design approval drawings (DADs) are provided before production. Final production commences only after written approval from the buyer.
• Delivery timeline: Standard delivery is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation and advance payment receipt. Complex designs may require additional time.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic orders and in USD/AED for export orders, unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.
• A minimum advance payment (typically 50%) is required to commence production. Balance is due before shipment.
• Prices do not include GST (for India) or applicable customs duties and import taxes (for exports), unless explicitly stated.
• Wire transfer (NEFT/RTGS/SWIFT) and UPI payments are accepted. Payment terms are confirmed in writing at the time of order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Domestic orders within India are shipped via reputed logistics partners. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier.
• Export orders are shipped Ex-Works (EXW) Ahmedabad or FOB Mundra Port, as agreed. All export documentation (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, shipping bill) is provided.
• Ultra Mould is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement at no charge.
• After production has commenced, cancellations are subject to a charge covering materials and labour incurred to date.
• Advance payments are non-refundable once the design approval stage has been completed and production has begun.
• Refunds for manufacturing defects are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to the Warranty clause below.

6. Warranty

Ultra Mould warrants that all moulds are manufactured to the agreed specifications and are free from material and workmanship defects. Our warranty terms:

• Warranty period: 12 months from date of delivery
• Covers: manufacturing defects in cavity dimensions, surface finish, and parting line alignment
• Does not cover: damage due to misuse, improper machine settings, use with incompatible machines, or normal wear and tear
• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with photographs and video evidence within the warranty period

7. Intellectual Property

All bottle designs, mould drawings, and CAD files created by Ultra Mould remain the intellectual property of Pratham Engineering until full payment is received. Upon full payment, design rights for the specific bottle shape transfer to the buyer. Ultra Mould retains the right to manufacture similar designs for other clients unless an exclusivity agreement is signed separately.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ultra Mould's total liability for any claim arising from a mould order shall not exceed the value of that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of production or loss of profit, arising from product defects or delivery delays.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
