Ultra Mould provides blow mould repair and reconditioning services for all types of PET and HDPE blow moulds, regardless of the original manufacturer. We accept moulds from all brands — DTPPL, Bana Envirotech, Jagmohan, Sadhi-SMP and all Indian machine brands, and moulds made by other mould manufacturers.

When you send us your mould, our team conducts a full inspection and sends you a written repair report with photos and estimated cost before any work begins. Upon your approval, we proceed with the repair and return the mould fully tested within 5–10 working days.

A worn or damaged mould doesn't always need replacing. Bring a tired mould back to life

Common problems we fix: hazy bottles from worn cavity polish, flash from damaged pinch-offs or parting lines, caps not seating from worn neck threads, and short shots from blocked vents. We assess whether a repair makes economic sense versus a re-cut, and tell you straight — sometimes a new cavity is the better spend, and we'll say so.
