Before ordering moulds, define your SKU portfolio. Which bottle sizes will you sell? A typical new water plant starts with 2–3 SKUs: usually 500ml (highest volume), 1L (office/hotel), and one premium size (2L family or 300ml travel). Ordering 3 separate moulds from the beginning allows you to serve more channels from day one.
