How the Import Process Works — Step by Step
Send Your Enquiry
Share your bottle design (drawing, STEP file, or physical sample), container volume, machine brand, and production volume. WhatsApp, email, or our contact form all work. We respond within 48 hours with a detailed quotation in USD.
CAD Design & Approval
Our engineers create the full 3D mould design in CAD and share it with you for review and approval. No machining begins until you confirm the design. This stage typically takes 5–7 business days.
Payment & Production Start
We accept international bank wire (SWIFT/TT) and Letter of Credit (LC). Once advance payment is received, CNC machining begins. We provide production updates throughout the 4–6 week manufacturing period.
In-House Blow Trial
Before any mould leaves our Ahmedabad facility, we run a full in-house blow trial. You receive a sample bottle and complete dimensional report by email — confirming your mould performs exactly to specification before it ships.
Export Documentation & Shipping
We prepare all export documents and arrange freight via sea (Mundra Port) or air (SVPI Airport, Ahmedabad). Sea freight to UAE takes 5–8 days. Kenya and Nigeria typically 12–18 days. You receive full tracking details.
Installation Support
Once the mould arrives, our engineering team provides full remote installation support via WhatsApp video call — helping you with machine mounting, cooling connection, trial run settings, and first production validation.
